Return & Refund Policy

Please read this policy carefully. This is the Return and Refund Policy of Hidden Talents Productions JDOO acting as Fit Vybes.

Digital products

There are no refunds issued for digital products.

Please contact us if you have any questions before you purchase or for assistance if you experience any issues receiving or downloading our products.

Online Classes

We offer a refund on the drop-in Yoga classes if canceled within one day up to, and a 7-Day 100% money-back guarantee for the monthly Yoga Classes. To receive your refund,  send an e-mail to request your money back to in time. After the guarantee period, no refunds will be issued, and full payment or all installment payments are still required and will be collected.

Coaching & Consulting

There are absolutely no refunds on Coaching and Consulting because we can’t get it back once we spend our time with you. Additionally, we cannot guarantee results in a coaching or consulting relationship because results depend on your own efforts and willingness to put in the work.

If you are not completely satisfied with your investment and are on a payment plan, you may request we stop collecting future payments. (It is rare, but it does happen that a coach and client may be ill-matched, and it is best for both parties to go their separate ways.)

Upon providing deposit or full program payment, you are authorizing Fit Vybes to process your payment. Upon approval of your application, you are responsible for the full payment of the fees on time.

I personally put a great deal of energy, time, thought, and heart into preparing for and being present on our calls together.  If you’re late for your appointment, and if it happens without notice and for more than 15 minutes, you lose that time.  If you don’t show, you’ll still be charged in full. In turn, we promise to honor our appointments and be on time as well.

A Note on Payment Plans

You are responsible for completing your monthly payments. If your credit card lapses, we will reach out to you and give you a 7-day grace period to send us your new information. If you do not get your information up-to-date during that grace period, the services will be interrupted completely.  And we will be turning your details over to my friendly collections agency.
